The story of Mom’s Mary Restaurant began back in 2000, when entrepreneurs Enrique Osman and Carlos Restrepo first met here in Tampa Bay. Carlos had been a chef for two of the most recognized Latin restaurants in town for over 15 years and from that moment, our founder’s knew they wanted to do something special. They envisioned including some of their own family favorite recipes and serving delicious traditional Colombian food at everyday prices.

Not long ago the two families experienced a great loss when the Mother and Daughter of these partners, Mary Osman and Maria Restrepo passed away.

“The loss of Mary and Maria was a terrible shock. But there was never a doubt about what they would do regarding the restaurant. They will run it in a way that Mary and Maria would be forever proud.”

Enrique and Carlos chose the images of their beloved ones as part of the logo because it represents their entrepreneurial spirit, a family heritage, and lasting memories.

Today, Enrique and Carlos are proud to open and carry on the dream of Mary Osman and Maria Restrepo with “Mom’s Mary Restaurant” by sharing the most delicious recipes, vibrant flavors, using only the freshest, finest ingredients, made-from-scratch dishes, each one made from their heart and crafted with pride with a meticulous approach to every aspect of the food and presentation that will excite and delight our customers!

We invite you to be part of our dream and experience our passion through our unique, delicious, amazing Latino American Fusion Cuisine!

Please Enjoy! Y Buen Provecho!

Sincerely,

Enrique Osman and Chef Carlos Restrepo
